The transaction will increase Anticimex’s growing footprint in the US.

Kyle Wood, founder and CEO of Greenstar commented: “Paul Giannamore was a true professional in every way. His wealth of knowledge and experience gave me the confidence I needed to make the right decisions. Through the process, I considered Paul not only my most trusted advisor, but a good friend that truly cares about my longer term success. Having Paul on your team is a must.”

“With the acquisition of GreenStar Termite and Pest,” says Matt Nixon, CEO of American Pest, “we will significantly strengthen our market position and increase our presence in Northern Virginia. We are excited to be teaming up with the team at GreenStar and welcome them to the American Pest family.”
