Anticimex Acquires Turner Pest Control

Anticimex continued expansion in U.S. with the acquisition of Turner Pest Control.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla,  with offices throughout the state, Turner is a leading pest management firms in northeast Florida, ranking 48th on last year’s PCT Top 100, with reported 2016 year-end revenue of $16.8 million.

With the acquisition of Turner, Anticimex will further strengthen its market presence on the East coast of
the United States with a footprint that now covers New England, Mid-Atlantic and Florida.
The acquisition of Turner follows on previous platform acquisitions of American Pest, Modern Pest and
Viking Pest Control and forms part of a strategy to expand in the US market via organic and inorganic
growth.
