Paul Giannamore is recognized as the leading global authority on valuation and M&A in the pest control industry by institutional investors, Wall Street equity research analysts and the largest firms in the industry.

Prior to founding Potomac, Mr. Giannamore worked on the deal team at American Capital, a publicly traded private equity firm and global asset manager that manages approximately $86 billion of capital and invests in private equity, leveraged finance, real estate, energy & infrastructure structured products. Before joining American Capital, Mr. Giannamore was a senior analyst at Credit Suisse technology investment banking group, where he actively participated in various transactions including debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions advisory projects with transaction sizes ranging from $70 million to $5.5 billion. Mr. Giannamore holds a BS in Economics and Collective Bargaining & Negotiation from Cornell University.
